Our two partners are Steuerberater — German certified tax advisors, a state-regulated profession — and we advise international clients in English, either at our offices or entirely online.

Getting to know each other: free
An initial conversation in which we get to know each other, discuss your situation and explain how we work is free of charge.
Advice: statutory fee schedule
As soon as we answer specific tax questions, this is advisory work and is billed according to the German fee regulation for tax advisors (StBVV). We tell you in the conversation when that point is reached.
Fixed monthly fees
For ongoing services such as bookkeeping and payroll, a fixed monthly fee can be agreed — so your costs stay predictable.

The firm was founded in 2024 by Lars Bantje, B.A. and Dieter Thomas Colleselli, M.Sc., both Steuerberater. Between them they cover annual financial statements, restructuring, international taxation, inheritance and gift tax, real estate taxation and start-up advice — supported by a team of up to twelve staff.
You are assigned a dedicated contact person, not a rotating service desk.
